Yes. Outside food and catering are welcome.
Yes. The Landing is BYOB. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Drink responsibly.
Yes. Setup, event time and cleanup must all take place within your reserved rental period.
A 15% non-refundable booking deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. The deposit is
applied toward the total rental cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the event.
Payments are accepted via Zelle, PayPal or secure online payment through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards
are accepted.
